Madhuri Dixit to open her production house

Madhuri Dixit took some time off from Bollywood to focus on her marriage and upbringing of her kids. Now, the actress is back to India and is currently focussing on her role as a judge for Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 5. Nevertheless, Madhuri has other plans too. The beautiful lady is planning to venture into production and has already bought a 3,000 square foot office space in the building near Infiniti Mall called Maurya Landmark. Most of the space is earmarked for the office, work on which has started, and is expected to be complete within six to seven months.
She is in talks with several directors and intends on starting the shooting schedule of her first production venture early next year. Doctor Sriram Nene is all with Madhuri in this venture and the couple will soon decide the name for their production house.
With this, Madhuri becomes yet another actress to turn producer after Ameesha Patel, Dia Mirza, Lara Dutta and Preity Zinta.

Freida Pinto shares romantic moments with Christian Bale on a beach

After her successful debut with Danny Boyle's Oscar-winning 'Slumdog Millionaire', Freida Pinto has worked in quite a few Hollywood projects, taking enough precautions to ensure that she is not typecast. After starring in You Will Meet a Tall Dark Stranger, Rise of the Planet of the Apes and Immortals, Freida will next be seen romancing Oscar-winner Christian Bale in Hollywood director Terrence Malick's next project Knight of Cups.
Based on the theme of love and truth, the film has already gone on floors in Santa Monica. The movie also stars Natalie Portman and Cate Blanchett and is set to hit the big screen internationally in 2013.
The newly released stills of the flick show Freida and Christian sharing soft romantic moments on a beach. Bale sports long locks and is seen in a formal blazer and trousers, while Freida is seen in a full-length dress and her hair is let loose. Bharat Takhtani and Esha Deol are the man and wife

Esha Deol, daughter of veteran actors Dharmendra and Hema Malini, got married to businessman Bharat Takhtani on Friday morning. Father Dharmendra was present at the wedding to bless the newly weds and to attend the guests which included the likes of Big B and son Abhishek Bachchan, Abhay Deol with girlfriend Preeti Desai, Manoj Kumar, Anu Malik, Fardeen Khan, Vinod Khanna and so on and so forth. The wedding took place at an Iskon temple in Juhu suburbs.
Esha looked a perfect bride in a red and gold Kanjeevaram saree with work done by designer Neeta Lulla and groom Takhtani opted for a beige sherwani, also designed by Neeta Lulla.
A big wedding reception will be held on June 30.

Preity Zinta at ‘Ishq In Paris’ movie launch

Preity Zinta is ready with her debut production 'Ishq In Paris' and as she works with a new actor Gaurav Chanana, who has been rechristened Rhehaan, she remembers her debut days with SRK and Manisha Koirala during 'Dil Se'.
"Must confess that I appreciate Shah Rukh and Manisha being so amazing to me in 'Dil Se..' even more now as I am working with a new actor in IIP," tweeted Preity.
French actress Isabelle Adjani also has a pivotal role in the movie. "Come September, people across the world will be amazed by Isabelle Adjani in 'Ishkq In Paris'! I am so amazed n excited by her performance," wrote Preity Zinta.
The launch of the movie was a gala affair with a lot of guests from Bollywood fraternity present there to offer their best wishes. We were, however, impressed most by Sameera Reddy and Preity Zinta herself. Sameera looked ravishing in the semi-lined grey embellished dress designed by Nimirta Lalwani.
Preity Zinta opted for the classic black and white combo and threw a black jacket over her black and white dress and an embellished belt.

Veena Malik goes bikini shopping with her new beau

Gossip columns are going red with Veena Malik's open display of closeness with filmmaker Hemant Madhukar who is directing a 3D horror flick titled Mumbai 125. Veena is playing the lead in the film opposite her alleged ex-flame Ashmit Patel.
First Veena was spotted getting cosy with the director at a pub. When those pictures started doing rounds, she rubbished the rumors saying, "If sitting and dining with someone is equal to flirting with him or dating him, it is nothing but rubbish. I share a good work relationship with Hemant, and I also know his wife. So all these reports are baseless."
If that was not controversial enough, there are a fresh set of pictures out which show Veena in a blue bikini enjoying a beer by the pool side of a resort while Madharkar in a bathrobe sits by her side, admiring her. There are yet more of them where the director is shopping bikini for Veena and yet another where the two are walking hand in hand.
Well, what excuse does Veena have for all these pics, we wonder!!

Gear up for the uncensored promo of ‘Jism 2′ on the internet

That Pooja Bhatt's forthcoming 'Jism 2' will surpass all its previous contenders in its hotness quotient is no more a point to doubt, but it did not go down well with Pooja Bhatt when the censor board gave an A-certificate to the song which was to be aired on television for the promos of the film.
Pooja tweeted, "First music promo for #Jism2 has been given an 'A' certificate. And this was what one could call a truly watered down version." Pooja pointed out sarcastically at the growing boldness on the television and said, "One sees all sorts of double entendre, etc dished out to us under the guise of 'family entertainers' while any iota of sensuality aimed at the thinking, passionate, adult Indian seems to make most uncomfortable."
