Nasha poster: Poonam Pandey hides her assets with placards!

Posted: 14 Jun 2013 06:35 AM PDT

The first poster proved to be a damp squib, but this time the Pandey pataka is back with a generous dose of skin show

In her last outing with Nasha, Poonam Pandey kind of disappointed her fans, releasing a poster that didn't live up to the promises of a sizzling hot skin show. So this time, it seems Poonam convinced the makers to actually deliver what she has been promising since a year.
The result is this latest poster from Nasha where Poonam leaves little to the imagination. Posing with two placards that hide her assets, the chick is seen gazing into a distance trying to look sexy. Well, it's an interesting picture which could have been much more had Poonam not looked so much like statue! And even after so many outings, the babe is yet to achieve that balance between classy and sexy!
Let's hope the coming offerings from Poonam don't disappoint us as much.

'Suraj loved Jiah, why would he rape her?'

Zarina Wahab minces no words to accuse Jiah Khan's mother Rabiya of dragging her son Sooraj Pancholi and Salman Khan into the fracas that followed Jiah Khan's suicide

When we meet Zarina Wahab at her in-laws' Juhu residence on Wednesday evening, she has exhaustion written all over her face.

After all the last few days have been extremely trying on her family after her son was first accused of allegedly abetting his girlfriend Jiah Khan's suicide and was later arrested by the Mumbai cops.

Zarina however feels that her son is innocent and accuses Jiah's mother Rabiya Khan of trying to frame her son and also unnecessarily involve Salman Khan in the whole fracas.

When did you come to know about Sooraj's relationship with Jiah?
I knew they were good friends and after I had read about the two somewhere, I simply asked him. He was initially shy but later told me about their relationship. Sooraj doesn't lie to me and we share a very close bond.

When Aditya and I got to know about their relationship, we acted like normal parents would. There is no fuss about loving someone.

These days, the youngsters are mature and they don't like parents interfering too much in their personal life. To fall in love is not a crime. But I had never met Jiah.

Is it true that Salman Khan tried to intervene in their relationship?
Do you think Salman has the time to do that? Aditya never told him to ask Sooraj to stay away from Jiah. In fact, had I known that she was such a disturbed child, I would have asked Sooraj to end the relationship.

Just a few days ago, Jiah came crying to Sooraj saying she had a huge argument with her mother. She spent the entire day with him in our house, as she didn't want to go back home.

Just a month back, Sooraj told Jiah's mother that he wanted to break up with her. She told Sooraj to stay mum as of then and to reveal it to her gradually.

What about the rape accusations that have been brought by Rabiya?
Industry folks have told me that Jiah's was raped in London when she was 14. Sooraj was perhaps aware of this. Where was her mother then? She knows that Aditya is short-tempered and she is trying to portray our son in the same light.

They were in love, why would he ever rape her? He is soft-spoken and very shy. While she was alive, there were never any talks about physical abuse. Why now?

Who told Aditya to stay away from the public view?
Everyone is using Aditya's image against Sooraj. I only told Aditya to stay away till the matter is settled because it has been hampering the case. As for Aditya's temper, he tends to get very loud but soon after comes back like a baby to apologise. He has never raised his hand on me, then how can Rabiya say that physical abuse runs in my family?

Were Jiah and Sooraj living-in together? Is it true she aborted Sooraj's baby?
I came to know about the abortion through TV. When two youngsters are in a relationship, they might get physical. But they never stayed under one roof.

Sooraj stays with us and she used to live alone in the neighbourhood. But yes, they used to spend time together. Sooraj used to feel bad about Jiah's turbulent past and that's why he was so protective of her.

Is his film with Salman's production company going ahead?
I just want to say that if my son is not wrong then nothing can stop him. I believe in God and I know my prayers will work.

There was buzz that you son was cheating on Jiah with a girl called Neeloo?
(In an exasperated tone) Neeloo is my friend and also our family jeweller. Sooraj met up with Neeloo for some work in a Juhu hotel. Neeloo has a son, who is nearly of Sooraj's age! How can people stoop so low?

How long have you known Rabiya?
The first time I met Rabiya was ages back when she came to Mumbai and was looking for a flat. When I visited her house recently, it was only the second time that we met. Aditya has known her and that night they all were together at Anju Mahendroo's place. There is a lot of pain in her heart but this is not the right way to vent one's pain and anger.

10 Reasons Your Husband Isn’t Having Sex with You Read more: No Sex in Marriage - Husband Won't Have Sex.

Posted: 13 Jun 2013 11:51 AM PDT

 1. He wants to relax after a long day.

If he's retreating to his man cave each night, that could create a pattern of disconnection, says Debra Castaldo, PhD, a relationship expert and director of the Center for Couples and Family Solutions in Midland Park, NJ. He may not realize you're missing him, though, so tell him. Try: "It seems like we're spending most of our evening time apart. I know you want to chill out, but I miss being with you. Maybe we can do something relaxing together," suggests Dr. Castaldo. Find something soothing you both enjoy, whether it's drinking wine, reading side by side in bed or finding a new favorite TV show. Once there's togetherness, there's an opportunity for intimacy, says Dr. Castaldo.

2. He's reminded of the kids.

Plenty of parents have scintillating sex lives, but some husbands have trouble seeing their wives as sexual beings once they become moms, says Laurie J. Watson, sex therapist and author of Wanting Sex Again: How to Rediscover Your Desire and Heal a Sexless Marriage. Another libido killer: putting children—and not your spouse—in the center of the family unit, says Charles J. Orlando, relationship expert and author of the series The Problem With Women … is Men. Clear out kiddie cues in your bedroom: toys, photos, even their laundry, suggests Watson. And if your children are hanging in your room when you want time alone with your hubby, tell them, "This is Mommy and Daddy time," advises Orlando.

3. He wants to play video games or watch sports.

"Talking face-to-face, as women want, isn't husbands' natural mode," explains Watson. So they get hooked on World of Warcraft or watching the Yankees with the guys because there's no emotional investment. To peel him away from the screen, strike a deal about which nights you'll tune into each other, says Dr. Castaldo. "It's not the weekends away and date nights that make a marriage. It's the agreements you have about what's acceptable in your relationship's everyday life."

 4. It's that time of the month.

Some men have an ick factor about periods, says Orlando; others assume you won't engage in potentially messy sex. But if rising hormones during menstruation send your sex drive soaring, let him know. "It can end up being a great experience," says Watson (even if you have to sacrifice a towel or two!). If he's still leery, suggest using a condom or sticking with non-intercourse activities.

5. He wishes sex were more spontaneous.

Remember when you'd have sex in the kitchen just because? While it's hard to sustain that impulsiveness as more responsibilities arise, avoid turning sex into a to-do list item. Instead, "schedule sex in your mind," recommends Watson. "Looking forward to it adds to the whole experience for women." But don't let him in on your seduction plan. "When he gets home from work, be dressed like when you were dating, and watch how fast that spontaneity returns," says Orlando. Other things to try: Send the kids to grandma's for the night, or swap dinner-and-a-movie night for some hotel sex.

6. He has performance anxiety.

Having sex relies on his ability to rise to the occasion. That's a lot of pressure! Plus, previous less-than-stellar sexual encounters can add to the unease and make him turn off, says Watson. If you think that's the case, ask him to do something pleasurable just for you, like oral sex or manual stimulation. "Odds are if she asks and gets excited, her arousal will arouse him," says Watson.

7. He's having 'Magic Mike' envy.

Newsflash: Women aren't the only ones worried about waning attractiveness. "There's enormous pressure from our culture to have flat bellies," says Watson. And men feel that. So let him know that he still sets your heart racing. "Also, structure your lifestyle so you're active together," she adds. A bit of exercise—like walking together—can help you both regain confidence and energy. If all else fails, do something that shifts the spotlight off him, like asking for a massage. "You being face down and naked means he's not being watched or judged, and natural lust takes its course," says Watson.

8. He's watching too much porn.

Spending lots of time online doesn't mean he's less attracted to you, says Watson. But the sheer volume and variety of images "can lower male desire and cause erectile dysfunction," she says. If his appetite for X-rated material is growing while your sexual activity declines, have an honest, straightforward discussion and ask if there's an underlying issue, says Orlando. "The symptom is using porn; the issue is something larger between the couple." The smartest course of action might be seeking the advice of a therapist.

9. He's worried about work.

It's a good idea to agree on a time to turn off the phone and stop checking work emails so you can focus on each other. Still, be flexible when duty actually calls and he has to answer. "Being indispensable gives him a sense of value," says Watson. And feeling valued can boost his self-esteem—in all areas. He also has a natural instinct to protect and provide, says Orlando. That's why being his sounding board and his biggest cheerleader when work worries arise can help him feel confident enough to clock out to enjoy some couple time.

10. He'd rather sleep.

"When given the choice between changing gears/creating a romantic environment and sleeping, he might decide he's too tired," says Orlando. If one or both of you are exhausted at the end of the day, aim for morning sex. Or just let your hubby know when you're OK with a quickie. If he understands you're not anticipating a marathon lovemaking session, he may be more apt to delay bedtime a bit.

Shahrukh Khan and Deepika Padukone’s jodi is back!

The actors are seen having a gala time with a group of Kathakali dancers in the background

While Shahrukh Khan is sporting a goofy dimpled expression, Deepika Padukone is seen in her graceful best shaking a leg with a group of Kathakali dancers in one of the stills of Chennai Express. The picture is literally soaked in South Indian flavour. The vibrant Kathakali dancers, Deepika's orange and pink half-saree – the colours and cheery faces of SRK and Deepy are enough to make any hardcore movie buff smile from ear to ear.

While the lead actors of the film are shaking a leg, classical style, in another still SRK and director Rohit Shetty are posing like dudes atop a jeep. And of course how could we miss the car turned upside down in the background. Isn't that an essential on anything that has a Rohit Shetty stamp on it…

Safe Sex - Be Sure and Safe

Posted: 13 Jun 2013 11:51 AM PDT

Sex is totally natural, great fun and an interesting exercise as well. Having said this, it needs to be emphasized that sexual intercourse involves certain health risks because of the exchange of bodily fluids among partners.

Safe Sex

Any kind of sexual activity— penile-vaginal sex, genital-oral sex or anal sex can lead to sexually transmitted diseases (STD) if those involved have multiple partners, or have unprotected sex with people who may be infected with STDs such as genital herpes, genital warts, Chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis and many others. It also increases the risk of protracting deadly diseases such as AIDS, Hepatitis B and C.

STDs Can Ruin You Forever

Media reports suggest that there is gross ignorance among many young people who believe sexually transmitted diseases are easily curable. Truth is, only some STDs like Chlamydia can be cured. The Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) can only be managed with medication and there is a serious danger that HIV will eventually lead to AIDS, the killer disease. According to a recent UNICEF survey, more than half of fresh HIV cases all over the world happen to be that of young people aged 15-25 years—which simply means, young and sexually active people are currently at a higher risk of becoming HIV positive.

Likewise, Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) causes genital warts and can lead to the fatal cervical cancer in women. British model and Reality TV star Jade Goody's swan song as she died a painful death from cervical cancer is a sad reminder that the clock cannot be set back once the damage is done.

Herpes Simplex Virus (HSV) causing Genital Herpes can be managed but cannot be cured. Though HSV 2 is generally associated with Genital Herpes, HSV1 known to cause cold sores is also known to cause genital herpes. Since there is no known cure for genital herpes, the infected person has to suffer painful lesions in and around the genital area during each outbreak and also the possible transmission of the herpes virus to a partner for the rest of their life. Moreover Herpes infection outbreak makes a person more vulnerable to HIV infection because the virus can easily enter the body through the herpes lesions.

Those who have multiple sex partners and who indulge in unprotected vaginal, oral or anal sex can contract and transmit Hepatitis B and C, which are deadly viral diseases that cause hepatitis. Chronic infections can lead to cirrhosis and even liver cancer, which has a poor outcome. More recently it has been discovered that hepatitis C virus has serious implications on the lung too.

Condoms are not known to prevent Hepatitis viral infection, but their proper use can minimize infection.

Keep Condoms Handy

A condom prevents the intermingling of body fluids (saliva, blood, semen or vaginal fluids) from one person to another during sexual intercourse. These body fluids can contain disease-causing germs that can cause syphilis, gonorrhea, hepatitis, genital herpes, genital warts and even AIDS. If a condom is not used, an infected partner can pass on the disease to an unsuspecting, uninfected partner. Though condoms are not entirely dependable in their protection against all STDs, they still offer the best protection against most sexually transmitted diseases.

Safe Sex and Women

STDs can be dangerous for anyone, but women are known to suffer the consequences more than men. For instance, many STDs can seriously damage a woman's reproductive organs rendering her infertile. Women are prone to cervical cancer caused by HPV. Worldwide statistics prove that women belong to the vulnerable group that is getting increasingly infected with HIV.

Additionally, if a woman has an STD while she is pregnant, she can pass on the infection to her baby. Women who have an outbreak of herpes virus while they are pregnant, risk entering premature labor and passing on the virus to the infant that can in turn lead to the baby's nerve damage and death. So it is with AIDS, Hepatitis B and other sexually transmitted diseases.

Women who engage in prostitution are generally open to risks of sexually transmitted diseases. Though they are aware that condoms can prevent STDs to some extent, they are rarely in a position to dictate terms to a customer. Female condoms are expensive and often not user-friendly. Surveys done among sex workers, especially in under developed and developing countries, suggest that female sex workers would say 'No' to condoms and 'Yes' to customers, rather than insist on using condoms and risk losing customers who demand the "natural feel."

Safe Sex Today is Abstinence

"There is no such thing as safe sex for someone contemplating sex with an HIV-positive person." Dr. Michael Gottlieb (his was the first original report to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) on gay-related immune deficiency (GRID). It was later renamed AIDS.)

With increasing health risks in sex, many people agree that abstaining from sex—especially of the casual, sexual play is the only sure way that can guarantee freedom from unwanted pregnancy and sexual disease infections. Sexual abstinence is practiced by many people all over the world who wait until marriage or until they have established a permanent relationship with another and then get sexually intimate with the partner.

Abstinence can fail on two counts. For many, sex is an uncontrollable basic instinct and when caught in a passionate moment, all vows of abstinence are forgotten. Secondly, abstaining from sex is not often a choice for women and girls in underdeveloped countries reeling under male domination.

The ABC Approach

The three key behaviors that can control sexually transmitted diseases summed up as the ABC approach are: Abstinence or delaying sexual initiation among youth, Being faithful to a single sexual partner (avoiding multiple partners) and correct and consistent use of condoms especially in high-risk groups.

The USAID reports a remarkable decline in HIV in countries like Uganda, Rwanda, Zimbabwe, Kenya, Thailand, Cambodia, India, by implementing the ABC approach and other preventive behaviors.

Safe Sex Tips

Postpone your sexual experimentation or sexual initiation till you are out of your teens or really mature enough to have safe sex

• Avoid reckless sexuality and take precautions before you become sexually intimate with a person

• Refrain from wild partying that involves alcohol, drugs and risky sexual behavior

• Beware of irresponsible partners who can lace your drink with ketamine drug and exploit you sexually when you are senseless

• Talk with your partner about his/her sexual history and it is safer for both of you to get tested for STDs if you are frequently changing partners

• Never have any type of sexual intercourse without condoms

• If using sex toys make sure you clean them always with disinfectant before and after use each time

Avoid anal sex because it involves a greater amount of friction and other stress that can induce the condom to tear. Even otherwise, anal intercourse is too risky because rectal tissues can tear and bleed and disease germs can be easily transmitted from one person to another through the wounds.

The only safe sex that is truly safe is lovemaking in a mutually faithful relationship where both partners are HIV negative and free from sexually transmitted diseases.

Sex is a great stress buster and a powerful expression of love. It is important that a man and a woman stay faithful to each other for life in a sexual relationship in order to ensure that the wonderful fun doesn't become the worst nightmare

Drama over 'Krrish 3' release date?

Posted: 13 Jun 2013 11:51 AM PDT

It's still almost five months away from its release date, but looks like Hrithik Roshan's Krrish 3 has already created a flutter. The film that is said to have a Diwali release (November 3) incidentally has no other Bollywood project hitting the marquee for a period of around 12 days after its release, and two weeks before it. This seems to have set off a babble of words between the exhibitors and the distributors over the profit share margins.
Traditionally, in the first week of a film's release, the distributors and the producers stake a claim to 52.5 per cent of the film's total box office collections. The multiplex owners take the remaining amount home.
However, trade insiders say that given that the film will run at theatres for almost 12 day without any opponent, the distributors are asking for a larger share this time.
A source says, "The distributors want to up their stake by claiming the 12-day window as the first week. They are demanding for their 52.5 per cent share for all of the 12 days. However, the multiplex owners want to break the period into two parts -- the first with the four days and the second with the customary seven days." That way, experts say the exhibitors will stand to gain on the film's collections.

An insider says, "The distributors want to consider the 12-day period as the first week, as the Hrithik starrer will be breaking the lull period of two weeks before Diwali.

A trade analyst however says that the final decision on the amounts would be taken a day or two before the release. He states, "Right now is too early for this."

Rakesh Roshan was not available for comment.

Will it be Monday?
According to sources close to Rakesh Roshan, while Krrish 3 was initially said to release on November 3, a Sunday, the film could be aiming to hit the marquee on the following day. An inside says, "Lakshmi puja falls on Sunday and it can be expected that most families would get busy with the preparations. Releasing the film on Monday would be a safer bet."

Jiah Khan suicide: Respect life more than love, says Shah Rukh

Posted: 13 Jun 2013 11:51 AM PDT

Jiah, 25, was found hanging at her flat in Sagar Sangeet Building in the posh Juhu area on June 3 around midnight.

She apparently left a note, which points fingers towards Aditya Pancholi's son Sooraj, who has been arrested in connection with her suicide.

Jiah and Sooraj were in a relationship for quite some time and reportedly there were problems between the couple, which seem to have forced her to take the extreme step.

"Everyone has different definition of love. Love is a universal thing. I play the role of a lover which are written by a set of people...it is their interpretation of love. But I feel we should respect life more than love," Shah Rukh told reporters at the first look launch of 'Chennai Express'.

"There are going to be difficult times in everyone's life but one must not give up, and respect life. Every problem will be sorted out, don't lose hope," he said.

Jiah made her debut with Ram Gopal Varma's 'Nishabd' alongside megastar Amitabh Bachchan. She later appeared in Aamir Khan starrer 'Ghajini' and then in a supporting role in Akshay Kumar's 'Housefull', which was her last film.

What is the safe period to have sex?

Posted: 12 Jun 2013 09:46 AM PDT

The safe period refers to the window period where a woman is less likely to get pregnant if they have unprotected intercourse. Technically speaking, this safe period falls between day 1-7 of the period and Day 19 to the start of the next cycle

The normal woman's menstrual cycle is supposed to last 28 days. Of these only days 8 to 19 are considered fertile i.e. a woman is likely to have a baby through unprotected intercourse, all other days are safe. The cycle is considered to begin with the first day of bleeding and ends when the bleeding starts again.

Opting to have sex during the 'safe period' isn't fool-proof though. A lot of women have irregular cycles and the cycle length can vary from women to women. That's why the so-called 'safe period' is not in truth not that safe and it's better to use condoms or other contraceptive methods like the oral pill to prevent unwanted pregnancies. Condoms don’t reduce sexual pleasure: Study

Posted: 12 Jun 2013 09:46 AM PDT

A study busts the common myth that sex is not enjoyable with condoms. The research found that both men and women find safe sex 'highly arousing and pleasurable' – the Daily Mail reported. Dr Debby Herbenick, from the School of Public Health-Bloomington, Indiana University, who led the study said, 'This may be because men are more likely than women to purchase condoms and to apply condoms. 'However, it's important for more women to become familiar with the condoms they use with their partner so that they can make choices that enhance the safety and pleasure of their sexual experiences.'

The study also found that men didn't have trouble maintaining erections while wearing a condom and women couldn't tell if a condom was lubricated or not. This study will greatly help in the fight against STDs. He said,'The U.S. continues to grapple with high rates of sexually transmitted infections, HIV, and unintended pregnancies. 'We need to understand how people make choices about the products they use and how these products contribute to the safety and pleasurable aspects of their sexual experiences. 'This is particularly important as the products themselves evolve and become more mainstream in American society.'

The safest way to prevent STD transmission remains the condom. The Centre for Disease Control and Prevention in the US estimates that there are a staggering 19 million new infections in the US every year.  The most common infection is chlamydia followed by HIV, genital warts, syphilis, gonorrhoea and pubic lice. Irwin Goldstein, editor of The Journal of Sexual Medicine, said the study continued the work of pioneering sexologist Alfred Kinsey, who founded the Institute for Sex Research at Indiana University in 1947.

He said: 'Gathering sexual data regarding condom use is highly relevant. 'Understanding current condom use offers health care providers an opportunity to educate those people uncomfortable with condoms but for whom lack of use may lead to significant sexually transmitted infection health risk.'

Police discover 5 letters in Suraj Pancholi’s house

Posted: 12 Jun 2013 09:46 AM PDT

News is that the Mumbai police have recovered five new letters exchanged between the couple in which the late actor has accused her boyfriend of physical abuse, rape, threats and cheating

In a search operation conducted at the Pancholi residence on June 11, Tuesday, police have found five letters exchanged between Jiah Khan and Suraj Pancholi where the late actor has accused her boyfriend of physical abuse, rape, threats and cheating.

Suraj meanwhile was arrested on June 10, Monday, for abetting Jiah Khan's suicide, and has been remanded to police custody till June 13, Thursday. Jiah's mother, Rabiya Amin Khan has claimed that Suraj and Jiah were in a live-in relationship for the past one year. She has said in her statement that Suraj sent Jiah a 'break-up bouquet' and he also physically assaulted her as there were bruises on Jiah's chin and neck and all these pushed her daughter towards suicide.

The police are waiting for the postmortem report which will throw more light on whether Jiah was abused or not. They have also been trying to crack the password of Jiah's two phones so that they can access the messages which will help the investigation a great deal. The police are also questioning Suraj's servant Deva to know more about the duo's torrid love affair. Last heard, Suraj might be charged under the domestic violence act.

Jiah Khan suicide: Did Salman Khan advise Suraj Pancholi to end his relationship?

Posted: 12 Jun 2013 09:46 AM PDT

In an interview to a tabloid, Jiah's mother Rabiya Amin Khan has revealed that Salman had tried to get Suraj out of the relationship on Aditya Pancholi's request

With each passing day, Jiah Khan's suicide case is witnessing major twists and turns, some shocking ones too. First, Rabiya Amin Khan made Jiah's six-page suicide note public and held Aditya Pancholi and Suraj Pancholi responsible for her daughter's death. And then, Suraj was arrested yesterday evening on charges of abetting Jiah's suicide. Now, the latest update comes in the form of another shocking revelation from Rabiya.

In an exclusive interview to a tabloid, Jiah's mother said, "He (Aditya Pancholi) told Salman Khan about it (Jiah-Suraj affair), who tried to talk Suraj out of it. But Suraj told him (Salman) that he loved Jiah and Salman was then cool about it." She added, "It's a misconception that Aditya and I were friends. If he was my friend, things would have been amicable and this incident wouldn't have happened. But yeah, I know he threw a fit when he came to know about his son's relationship with my daughter."

Only a few months ago, it was being said that the Salman was launching Suraj in the remake of the 1983 Subhash Ghai hit, Hero. We wonder if the charges on Suraj are proved by the court and if he's held guilty in Jiah's suicide case, will Salman still continue to support him? Will it change the equation between the two? Only time will tell…Till then watch this space for more updates.

Vidya Balan’s Ghanchakkar style: Loud and tacky!

Posted: 12 Jun 2013 09:46 AM PDT

The actor has been appearing in a Punjabi-ish avatar at all her Ghanchakkar promotional events. Looking at her, we cannot help but pucker our lips in distaste…

We all know Vidya Balan's tendency to slip into her onscreen character just before the release of a film. Remember the promotional events for Ishqiya, Kahaani and The Dirty Picture? Keeping up with the trend she created, she has been reality show hopping in a whole wardrobe of colourful ensembles. And honestly, she brings to mind a brightly coloured ball rebounding from wall to wall. She will be seen playing the role of a hyper Punjabi housewife in the movie, opposite Emraan Hashmi. Her body language and the way she talks in the film is the absolute antithesis of a coy Indian homemaker for whom 'suniye jee' is a permanent fixture in any conversation she has with her husband. But did the stylist really have to go this over the top for making VB seem like a fashionably enthusiastic yet prone to style disaster kinda lady in the film?

Till we find the answers, here's VB in her garish outfits…

Retro dud: floral bell-bottoms, bell sleeved top and dangling kiddie-styled earrings – yes, she wore all this to India's Dancing Superstar. VB's bright pink avatar is so not easy on the eye. Give Balan a Bajaj scooter and she will look like a sidey from a 70s film.

Vidya the 'gundi': Isn't she looking like Vidya bhaai in those tight-fit denims, joker-ish sleeved T-shirt and blue wedges? Every statement is as different as chalk from cheese. Balan makes sure she goes totally out of her way to look straight out of the ark…

The cheesy disco dancer: Looks like she is all set to break into Mithun-style dancing. The shiny golden top and skin-fit leggings are enough to ruin our happy 'all set to check out some cool fashion' mood.

Vidya Balan to catch Emraan Hashmi’s lie publicly!

Posted: 12 Jun 2013 09:46 AM PDT

Poor Emraan Hashmi! Well, not really Hashmi, but his character of the henpecked husband in the upcoming film Ghanchakkar. His onscreen wife Vidya Balan will now put him through a lie-detector test to expose his lie.

The makers of Ghanchakkar have planned an interesting promotional gimmick. Events are being planned where Vidya Balan will put Emraan Hashmi through a polygraph test.

In the movie, Emraan Hashmi plays a robber to hides a big booty somewhere but then loses his memory. However, his accomplices and even his lusty wife (Balan) doubt if he's really lost his memory or he's just lying.

Plans are also afoot to promote Ghanchakkar through special kitty parties to be thrown by Vidya Balan.

The film's director Rajkumar Gupta said in a statement, "We came up with the idea when Vidya and I overheard a conversation that a bunch of women were having during a kitty party. They were discussing their marriage, how lazy their partners could be and they were sometimes forgetful also. We immediately knew that we wanted to throw these parties and talk to the women about their lazy lads."

In 'Ghachakkar', Vidya plays a Punjabi housewife who thinks her husband isn't romantic and is a lazy lad.

Guide to first-time sex for men, Dealing with first night anxiety

Posted: 11 Jun 2013 11:48 AM PDT

Modern society has put a strange burden on youngsters, particularly men who're about to have sex for the first time. Chances are that they've seen movies or porn where everything goes perfectly, where there are no clumsy movements and whatever men do drives women crazy. Sadly, real life is not choreographed and your first time will be awkward. The important thing is to not get nervous and just enjoy the moment. Here are some tips to make the first time more fun:
Don't forget the condoms
An important thing you need to keep in mind is that you should carry protection whenever on a date or even if you don't think sex is in the offing. Many a times, people don't carry condoms and in the heat of the moment end up having unprotected sex which can lead to unwanted pregnancies or STDs. Click here to find out how to use condoms properly.

Enjoy the moment
A lot of time sex becomes a sort of an ego game where men are worried about whether they're doing it right and pleasing their women. Stop being nervous and simply enjoy the moment. Forget everything you've ever seen in the movies and porn because that's not real. Just enjoy being with her, remember that it's not a game or something to make you a stud but a close moment with your partner that you will cherish in times to come.
Give foreplay the time it deserves
One common complaint that women have is that men don't spend enough time on foreplay. What you need to realise is that there's far more to sex than just penetrative sex. Outercourse is an umbrella term that refers to all forms of sexual acts except penetration which includes kissing, foreplay, oral sex, mutual masturbation, necking, dry humping, rubbing, massages, mammary intercourse and much more. A lot of women have trouble reaching orgasm through vaginal intercourse and giving them an orgasm through either fingering or oral sex could be the way to go. Read on to find out more about outercourse.
It may hurt
Sometimes sex can hurt for the first time. The tip of your penis could be sensitive or it may hurt her. Dyspareunia or pain during sex is a fairly common phenomenon among women; one out of five women experiences it at least once in their lives. Mostly, it's due to lack of lubrication so keep that in mind and keep some handy. Click here to read more about dyspareunia or pain during sex.
Don't buy into myths
There are a lot of myths about female virginity, the most common being that all women bleed the first time they have sex. People believe that this is due to the hymen breaking, but hymen breakage has nothing to do with virginity. It can break due to vigorous exercise or even due to activities like cycling. And even if your partner's not a virgin, it shouldn't bother you (unless you're a chauvinist male pig).
Communicate and ask her what she wants
One of the most common problems new couples have in the bedroom is that they don't discuss sex or talk about it. You should do better and talk to your partner about any inhibitions or fears that you or they have about intercourse. Ask them what pleases them and what they expect out of sex. Be frank about your own expectations and explain that it might not be very good the first time but you're going to try your best.
Expect issues like premature ejaculation and erection issues
Sometimes the pressure of having sex for the very first time might get to you and you could suffer erection issues or premature ejaculation. Premature ejaculation is fairly common because of the way sex feels for the very first time. If you do come too quickly don't worry about it, premature ejaculation should go away in time once your body gets used to rigours of vaginal intercourse. Another issue you could face is a weak or no erection. This is mostly due to the psychological pressure of this being your first time and you shouldn't worry about it because the problem will resolve itself. However, if it does continue you should visit a doctor because erectile dysfunction could be a symptom of diabetes or heart disease. Read more about premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction.
Don't fret if she doesn't orgasm
Many women find it hard to ejaculate through vaginal intercourse and the only thing that works for them is clitoral stimulation. It's important to not worry about it. If you find it hard to make her orgasm through vaginal intercourse, you can always try to make her orgasm through oral sex or fingering. Remember that the penis isn't the only sexual organ you have.
It will get better…
The most important thing you've to keep in mind is that NO ONE is good the first time. Sex like everything else takes practise and you will get better with experience. So don't worry about it and just enjoy your first time.

Suraj Pancholi – like father, like son?

Posted: 11 Jun 2013 11:48 AM PDT

Cineswami feels columnist Shobhaa De's remark on Suraj and his father Aditya Pancholi in connection with the Jiah Khan suicide might just be true

They say that apples don't fall far from the tree and if Suraj Pancholi is indeed found guilty of misdemeanour it just proves that he has his father's genes. For Aditya Pancholi, controversy is his handmaiden, or should we say maid? Gossip columnist Shobhaa De referred to the whole Suraj affair as 'like father, like son' and this just might be true. When Aditya was seeing Pooja Bedi, she accused him of statutory rape of her 15-year-old maid. Aditya's turbulent extramarital relationship with Kangna Ranaut is also well known.

It's not just his relationships that Aditya was in the news for. He has a history of violence. Not so long ago, he had an altercation with an airline crewmember when the pilot announced that they could not land in Goa due to bad weather. Separately, Aditya has also had an encounter with a traffic policeman and yet another with a building security guard. There are plenty more if you trawl the news archives.

Suraj, thus, has grown up watching his father's infractions and that he's gotten away scot-free every time. Being of a young and impressionable age, perhaps some of his father's aggressive nature has rubbed off on him? As it is Suraj is innocent until proven guilty, it is not for us to judge him, there is a judiciary for that. It's been known to work once in a while.

Meanwhile, all we can do is mourn the unfortunate and untimely death of a young woman and send our thoughts and prayers to Jiah Khan's mother Rabia Amin aka Rabiya Khan and the rest of her family.

Meanwhile, here is a rare clip of a feisty Rabia from N Chandra's superhit 1986 movie Ankush:

Freida Pinto wears refreshing white for a French magazine shoot

Posted: 11 Jun 2013 11:48 AM PDT

The Slumdog Millionaire babe opts for pristine white ensembles and teams them up with simple but jaw dropping accessories and illuminating make-up

Freida Pinto – the babe set a hot example of how to play around with whites for a recent shoot for a French glossy, Gala. Combining the uplifting monochrome shade with neon colours and nude hues, and adding funky jewellery, the babe kept it minimalistic yet stylish. Oscillating between a sleek and neat ponytail and a diametrically contrasting tousled mop – FP keeps it classy and chic. Ever wondered how  orange nail-polish and pink lipstick would look together? This gal plants the seed of this combo by sporting it.

We also like the sun-shaped ring she is wearing in one picture. It's these tiny li'l things that get noticed when you wear plain shades and spice up the look in a funky way. The wing-tip eyeliner makes FP look like a femme fatale.

The babe totally gets it right with white. And having a toned and a lean bod definitely helps when you are wearing this cellulite magnifying shade…

Jiah Khan was pregnant, she aborted her child

Posted: 10 Jun 2013 09:42 AM PDT

Bollywood actress Jiah Khan's suicide note revealed the reason of her cruel death. She was deeply in love but was betrayed. She was even pregnant with her man's child but she was forced to abort it.

Read out Jiah's heartbroken story in her own words.

"If you are reading this I might have already left or about to leave. I am broken inside. You might not know this but you have affected me deeply to a point where I have lost myself loving you. Yet you tortured me every day.

These days I see no light. I wake up not wanting to wake up. There was a time I saw my life with you, a future with you. But you shatter my dreams. I feel dead inside. I have never given so much of myself to someone or cared so much. You returned my love with cheating and lies. It didn't matter how many gifts I gave you. Or how I beautiful I looked for you. I was scared of getting pregnant but I gave you myself completely.

The pain you have caused me everyday has destroyed every bit of me, destroyed my soul. I can't eat or sleep or think or function. I am running away from everything. The career is not even worth it anymore. When I first met you I was driven, ambitious and disciplined. How I felt for you, a love I thought would bring out the best in me. I don't know why destiny brought us together.

After all the pain, the rape, the abuse, the torture I have seen previously, I didn't deserve this. I didn't see any love or commitment from you. I just became increasingly scared that you would hurt me mentally or physically. Your life was about partying and women. Mine was you and my work. If I stay here, I will crave you and miss you. So I'm kissing my 10-year career and dreams goodbye! I never told you but I received a message about you.

About you cheating on me. You embarrassed me. I never want out, I never want with anyone else. I am a loyal person. I never met anyone with Kartik. I just wanted you to feel how you make me feel constantly. No other woman will ever give you as much as I did or love you as much as I did. I can write that in my blood.

Things were looking up for me here but is it worth it when you constantly feel the pain of heartbreak when the person you love wants to abuse you or threaten to hit you or cheats on you telling other girls they are beautiful or throws you out of their house when you have nowhere to go and you have come to them out of love or when they lie to your face or they make you chase after them in their cars or disrespects their family. You never even met my sister. I bought your sister presents. You tore my soul. All I wanted was love.

I did everything for you. I was working for you but you were never my partner. My future is destroyed my happiness snatched away from me. I always wished the best for you, was ready to invest whatever little money I had in your betterment. You never appreciated my love, kicked me in the face. I have no confidence, self-esteem left whatever talent whatever ambition. You took it all away, you destroyed my life. You hurt me so much that I waited for you for ten days and you didn't bother buying me something.

The Goa trip was my birthday present but even after you cheated on me, I still spent on you. I aborted our baby when it hurt me deeply. You destroyed my Christmas and my birthday dinner when I came back. When I tried my hardest to make your birthday special, you chose to be away from me on Valentine's Day. You promised once we make it to one year we would get engaged.

All you want in life is your partying, your women and your selfish motives. All I wanted was you and my happiness. You took both away from me. I spent money on you selflessly. You would laugh in my face when I would cry for you. I have nothing left in this world to live for after this. I wish you had loved me like I loved you. I had dreamt of our future. I dreamt of our success. I leave this place with nothing but broken dreams and empty promises. All I want now is go to sleep and never wake up again. I am nothing. I had everything. I felt so alone even when I was with you. You made me feel alone and vulnerable. I am so much more than this."

During the investigation of 'Jiah Khan Suicide Case' Mumbai police has received a 6 page suicide note allegedly written by actress Jiah Khan, from Jiah's mother, Rabiya Khan. On Monday, Mumbai police has detained Sooraj Pancholi, son of actor Aditya Pancholi, in connection to Jiah Khan's suicide case.

At this juncture, Police is quite secretive about the letter and its contents. However, a source tells that the letter is written in English and focused on the troubled relationship that the deceased Jiah Khan and Sooraj Pancholi were going through.

Also, they are seeking legal advice to know if the contents of the letter can be treated as proof for the reason of the suicide of the actress. However, the recovered letter does not mention any name or any address.

The family of Jiah Khan handed over the notarized copy of the letter to the police so that it could not be manipulated at any stage of investigation. "We would seek legal experts' opinion and an appropriate action would be initiated if required. As of now, we do not want to jump to any conclusion," said the police officer.

In the letter, Jiah Khan has mentioned about a party in Goa and also mentioned a medical procedure that she had to undergo during the course of their relationship.

The 25 years old actress Jiah Khan committed suicide by hanging herself in her flat in Juhu on Monday late evening.

Excerpts from Jiah's letter:

"I have no reason to breathe anymore. All I wanted was love. I did everything for you. I was working for us. My future is destroyed. My happiness snatched away from me. You never appreciated my love. kicked me in my face. I have no confidence or self esteem left. Whatever talent, whatever ambition, you took it all away. You destroyed my life."

She also wrote, "All you want in life is partying, your women, your selfish motives. All I wanted was you and my happiness. You took both away from me. I spent selflessly on you."

Jiah further adds, "I have nothing left to live for in this world after this. I wish you had loved me like I love you. I leave this place with nothing but broken dreams and empty promises. All I want now is to go to sleep and never wake up again."

Sunny Leone wants to dance like Madhuri Dixit

Sunny Leone wants to dance like Madhuri Dixit
Sunny Leone loves dancing to Bollywood tunes! The actress recently made an appearance on "Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa", and gyrated to her hit item number "Laila", even expressing her desire to dance like Madhuri Dixit.

Indo-Canadian porn actress Sunny Leone wishes she can someday dance a la Bollywood's dancing diva Madhuri Dixit.

While shooting an episode of dance reality show "Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 6", where Madhuri is one of the judges, Sunny shared her desire.

"I love dancing on Bollywood songs and I love Madhuri-ji's 'Dola re dola' (from 'Devdas'). I wish I can dance like Madhuri one day," Sunny said.

Sunny sizzled in a black outfit as she shot for the episode for the Colors' show.

On the big screen, she was last seen in item number "O Laila" in Sanjay Gupta's Shootout At Wadala. Sunny made her Bollywood debut with Jism 2. She will also be seen in Ekta Kapoor's production Ragini MMS 2.

After Sex, Sunny Leone and Sachiin Joshi together in a film!

Posted: 09 Jun 2013 11:32 AM PDT

Bollywood's new fantasy girl Sunny Leone will reportedly be directed by Kaizad Gustad, whose film Boom introduced Katrina Kaif to Bollywood.

In the movie, Sunny Leone will reportedly be seen with…hold your breath…Sachiin Joshi. Sachiin who, you ask? Well, Sachiin is an actor-producer-entrepreneur who made his Bollywood debut with the 2011 forgettable flick Aazaan, in which he romanced the South African beauty Candice Boucher. Earlier this year, he was seen playing a quirky cop in the movie Mumbai Mirror.

In April 2013, Sachiin Joshi roped in Sunny Leone to endorse his company's energy drink XXX. It was perhaps then the idea of working together in a film germinated.

The details of the film are being kept under wraps because that's the way director Kaizad Gustad wants.

Gustad's last experience with filmmaking turned nightmarish after the death of a female crew member while shooting at a railway station in Mumbai. This time, the director wants to keep a low profile and not attract much media attention.

The untitled film's shooting will begin in Goa next week and Kaizad Gustad is also said to be in talks with Naseeruddin Shah for a pivotal role.

The movie, a comedy-thriller, will reportedly have Sunny Leone in a very hot role.

Emraan Hashmi hates dancing

Posted: 09 Jun 2013 11:32 AM PDT

Actor Emraan Hashmi, who recently grooved to the tunes of a qawwali number 'Allah meherbaan' for his forthcoming release 'Ghanchakkar', hates dancing.

"I hate it. I try to wriggle out of it every time, but this time they kind of dragged me out of the van and caught me on gun point because the film is releasing. It took a lot of convincing," said the actor on the sets while shooting for the song.

Coming out on June 28, the film will see Emraan with Vidya Balan.

Talking about the song sung by Altaf Raja, Emraan said: "This is actually a very interesting track, which kind of defines his (my character's) philosophy. It's a nice qawwali dance number... This is one of my favourite numbers in the film," said Emraan.

Singer Manna Dey in a critical condition: admitted to hospital in Bangalore

Legendary singer Manna Dey is in a critical but stable condition after being admitted to a hospital in Bangalore due to chest infection.

The 94-year-old singer was taken to the hospital yesterday after his health deteriorated.

"No change at all (in his condition). He is stable," a senior doctor at Narayana Hrudayalaya, told .

Born in Kolkata, the Dadasaheb Phalke awardee currently resides in Bangalore after spending more than fifty years in Mumbai.

Having recorded more than 3,500 songs in a number of languages including Hindi and Bengali, he regaled generations of listeners with his romantic ballads, intricate raga-based songs, Qawwalis and fast-paced modern numbers, lending his voice to a number of Hindi and Bengali film stars.

His popular tracks include 'Poocho Na Kaise Maine' (Meri Surat Teri Aankhen), 'Ae Meri Zohra Jabeen' (Waqt), 'Zindagi Kaisi Hai Paheli' (Anand), 'Yeh Dosti' (Sholay) and 'Ek Chatur Naar' (Padosan).

Dey was being treated at his home for the past couple of weeks.
