Bachchan ' bahu' Aishwarya Rai is getting popular these days for her starry tantrums and attitude. The actress has always been extra protective about her so called ' family' thing and this time she went one more step ahead by rejecting Bollywood ' badshah' Shah Rukh Khan. Shah Rukh planned a gig on Bollywood heroines during a recent award function, so he approached Ash with the offer of dancing the popular number ' Kajra Re' with him. But the actress immediately turned down the offer saying that it is a family song and she can' t perform it with anyone else. The song from the film Bunty Aur Babli was picturised on her along with hubby Abhishek Bachchan and father-in-law Amitabh Bachchan. The beauty queen turned actress has earlier worked with SRK in the films like Josh, Mohabbatein and Devdas. We can understand her stand with Salman Khan but what was the harm to perform with a gentle superstar like Shah Rukh? It sounds very silly when she terms the song ' Kajra Re' as a family song because Bachchans never got the copyright of the song. After much persuasion, SRK had to finally scrap the plan. It seems Ash is going to isolate herself from the industry people as she has problem with everyone around starting from Salman, Vivek Oberoi and now SRK. Bollywood star Lara Dutta and Indian tennis star Mahesh Bhupathi are tying the knot in Goa on 19th February in a very simple Victorian-style ceremony. The duo has already sent out their wedding invitation cards to the friends and relatives. Interestingly, Lara has invited both Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan for her wedding. We all know that both the Khans cannot stand each other and they try to avoid crossing each other. However, it will be very tough situation for both of them to avoid Lara' s invitation because she has been close to both of them. Now, it will be interesting to see how the duo handles the awkward situation when they come face to face on Lara-Mahesh wedding. It may also happen that one of them give it a miss! Lara' s wedding venue is being decorated in a Victorian style as she is a Catholic and prefers simplicity. Everything has been kept sober but the presence of two Khans may turn it hotter. Other guests from the Bollywood include the names of Bipasha Basu, Akshaye Khanna and Kareena Kapoor. The Entertainment Design Company (EDC) has designed the invitation card of their wedding as well as for Sangeet, which will take place on February 18. The same company also designed wedding card of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan. We hope, Salman and Shah Rukh also start a new relationship by attending this wedding together. |

The Dark Knight Rises is one of the most highly anticipated movies throughout the world but details regarding the cast are pretty scarce. The latest rumors suggest that French actress, Eva Gaëlle Green has been chosen for the villain Talia al Guhl' s role and British-born Australian actress, Naomi Ellen Watts has been approached for the role of Vicki Vale, the love interest. These speculations could not be confirmed or debunked but let' s just hope what we are hearing is right. These two ladies can do one hell of a job. There are some websites who claim that there a lot of other high profile actresses who are being auditioned for the movie. Some of the names are of, Bride Wars star Anne Hathaway, English actress and Pirates of the Caribbean star Keira Knightley, Jessica Biel, Kate Mara, and another English actress Charlotte Riley. There have also been rumors of a pimped out bat mobile and bat cave. The start of the shoot is speculated to be scheduled at 6th of May. The majority of the movie will be shot in Los Angeles, Detroit and the U.K. And we forgot to mention that there just might be a revamped Bat Suit as well. The movie is set to hit the theaters on 20th July 2012. Like we all know, the male star cast Christian Bale, Morgan Freeman, Michael Caine, Gary Oldman, Tom Hardy will remain the same. |
