 Almost half of single women have regularly had sex with an ex boyfriend while looking for a new lover, a shocking new survey has revealed.

The poll of 1,000 men and women found that the majority of girls who resort to sex with the ex do so because they "miss physical intimacy," the Daily Mail reported.

A further 31 percent admitted it was because they hoped to reignite a relationship with a former flame.

An additional 43 per cent of women also admitted to regularly sleeping with an ex while on the lookout for a new partner. An even higher 47 per cent of men confessed to doing the same.

And they aren't alone. A-listers Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher famously reunited after their divorce before going their separate ways again, as did Cheryl Cole and her former husband, Chelsea footballer, Ashley.

Dating site SeekingArrangement.com which conducted the research said that the top five reasons for getting back into bed with an ex-partner also included having too much to drink, flirting on Facebook and other social media sites, and bumping into each other on a night out.

Talks were on for some time with Indo-American pornstar Priya Anjali Rai, offering her a role in a Kollywood production. Now, it seems, she has given her nod and will soon be seen in a Tamil film. So, while Bollywood has Sunny Leone, it's going to be Priya Rai down South.
The buzz is that producer-director R Babu Nair had approached Priya for a forthcoming Tamil movie some time ago.
She has one feature film to her credit, the horror flick Isis Rising: Curse of the Lady Mummy. Priya Rai is much better known though for her role in the adult film industry, which she entered after being a stripper for several years. She is currently on Lifestyle magazine's The Top 100 Hottest Porn Stars Right Now list.

With Sunny Leone making a rather successful debut in Bollywood, it seems she has paved the way for other pornstars of Indian origin to get a chance at stardom.
A veteran of over 100 adult movies, Priya Rai, the Indo-American pornstar will soon be making her debut in an independent Hindi film. Apparently, the 35-year-old was earlier supposed to make inroads into Bollywood through a stint in Bigg Boss 6, but that didn't work out. Now, it seems Priya has landed a producer in the form of Asokan PK, about whose past work no information was forthcoming!
And if you thought Priya had a super sizzling role, then you're mistaken. According to the producer, Priya will only do some 'intimate' scenes and not a full blast skin show! A bit tough to digest this one, but sure!

The newest adult star to enter Indian cinema revealed that she is not envious of pornstar-turned-actor Sunny Leone's successIt's official, pornstar Priya Rai is not jealous of Sunny Leone and has confirmed this on her Twitter feed. When asked by a fan if she was, her response was a succinct: "Ummm no." That settles that then. Those of you who do not follow the world of porn may not be aware of Priya yet, but if the success of Sunny is anything to go by, she'll soon be a household name.

20 Things not to do to your sexi hair

Dont's for your hair are as important as the do's. Whether you are a teenage girl or grandmother of three, there is no end to hair fall - right from the onset of your first menstrual cycle to the menopausal stage. Here's our list of 25 things you shouldn't be doing to your hair...

1. Do not use an anti dandruff shampoo on a regular basis, especially the over the counter ones as these can lead to hair damage.

2. Do not keep artificial colours in your hair all through the year, once it runs out let your hair be the colour it is, at least for a period of 2-3 months before you go for that streaking/global colouring treatment again.

3. Do not get multiple treatments like colouring and straightening at/around same time. Give your hair some rest.

4. Do not comb wet hair rigorously. Patience is the key for healthy tresses and also wet hair will shed more, so avoid combing them again and again.

5. Do not indulge in too many hair packs like vinegar and eggs, etc in one go. Overdoing hair packs can cause severe alterations in hair health.

6. Do not over-use hair styling gels. Stay away from chemical-heavy hair straightening gels and lotions that promise 'soft' hair with just one dab of ointment.

7. Avoid over-use of hair sunscreens, but conditioners can fulfill this task quite well.

8. Use a wide toothed comb if hair fall is present. Please do not use a combing brush or small comb. Also, avoid sharing your comb with others especially when you do not know their scalp coniditon.

9. If you have scalp psoriasis and also dandruff then do not oil your hair. As oil is like a meal for malasezia yeast that is the causative organism for dandruff.

10. Do not tie your tresses in a bun all the time, if you have long hair. This can lead to traction alopecia and lead to hairfall as well.

11. Do not use the same shampoo for months together. It's always a good idea to keep changing the brand.

12. Do not tumble dry hair as this is rough on hair follicles and causes root damage and hair loss.

13. Do not pick up hair serums without checking their ingredients with professionals first.

14. Do not go for a hair transplant at a very early age. However, if the balding is a lot and you feel the need for a transplant, then simply try a hair line restoration.

15. Do not tie wet hair as they are weak then, and the traction could lead to hair fall.

16. Don't let post pregnancy hair fall bother you, as this is normal and will subside as the weeks go by.

17. Do not use a home hair straightening iron more than twice a month.

18. Do not leave the head rollers on your hair over night or atleast not for more than 3-4 hours.

19. Do not go for head oil/powder massages if you are suffering from hair fall as this can lead to more root damage and hair fall. Also, most of the hair oils are only like an external conditioner and cannot get absorbed into the scalp.

20. Do not waste time on self medications if you suffer from hair fall or other scalp issues. Visit a dermatologist and remember it's normal to lose up to 100 hair follicles a day.

What does one do if one feels horny at 'that' time of the month? Many treat sex like a forbidden fruit when the woman is menstruating. Probably, the thought of it makes us imagine an uncomfortable and messy picture. But this need not be so. According to studies, sex can be an equally enjoyable activity as otherwise, even during those few days.

Notions like having sex during your periods is more painful or dangerous, or it might affect a man's performance levels, have no scientific explanation. But, both the partners need to comfortable with the idea. Before anything starts, perceptions like 'it's unclean' or 'dirty' need to be shown the door.

Having sex during menses is a great pain reliever for women, informs gynecologist Dr Vrushali Lampat. She says, "Sex releases feelgood hormones called endorphins. These are known to reduce the menstrual pain and cramps to a large extent. This, in turn, releases feelings of depression, anxiety or anger that women usually face during their menses." The physical activity also causes additional contractions which releases blood faster, and in more quantities than usual. This reduces the duration of the menses."

Research says that women enjoy sex more during their periods. Explaining the facts, Dr Lampat adds, "The fullness in the pelvic and genital areas during their periods cause heightened levels of pleasure. It is usually noticed that the nearing of the menses cause a flare in the feelings of having sex in women. This can be attributed to the raging hormones that play riot during the time."

This is also one of those rare times when couples can have unprotected sex as the risk of pregnancy is at its minimum. Those who feel that using a condom deprives them of complete satisfaction can make use of this opportunity. But doctors add a word of caution. Consulting sex expert Dr Ganesh Raisinghani advises, "Though it is an ideal time to have unprotected sex, it is also the time when a woman is most vulnerable to infections. Hence, we suggest using protection at all times. Also, oral sex and experimenting with different positions should be avoided completely."  

Whether or not to have sex at such a time is a matter of personal choice. But if both the partners are cool about it, then why not?

No matter what she does, she makes headlines. Veena Malik, who is known for her audacious acts on screen and sometimes off it too, was in Ahmedabad recently to promote an upcoming film when we caught up with her. Excerpts:

You have two films lined up right now. So has your Bollywood career finally started rolling?

Well, I never thought that my Bollywood career was stuck! Whatever I have done, be it television (Bigg Boss 4) or my item songs (Channo, Gali Gali Chor Hai) — has been talked about. I've had a good run in southern films as well. So it's not as if I'm starting my film career now. Actually, it has been my good fortune that the Indian film industry has never let me feel like an outsider. I've always felt at home here.

So then why you are looked at more critically than others even though everyone exposes in the film industry?

That is something that even I have been trying to decode. Why do people talk about me all the time? I have not done anything that others haven't. Am I the only one to wear a bikini, or to kiss on screen or for that matter give a backless shot in my films? So many actresses, even A-listers, have done all this. Then why only I'm being targeted? I am really puzzled about this.

It's not just you. Even Sherlyn Chopra, Poonam Pandey and Rozlyn Khan are talked about.

Well, it's totally unfair to compare me with them. I am not a porn star. I have never given a frontal nude shot. People always misunderstand this. There is a difference between a backless scene and a frontal nude scene. I don't understand why people compare me with them.

But you manage to be in the news anyway. That works for you right?

That's not the agenda. I feel I get victimized because I'm from Pakistan. Recently I made a comment on the Sarabjit case and I was bombarded with hate comments on my social networking page. I speak out on issues that I feel strongly about. I'd love it if there is peace between the two countries. But no one sees that there's a serious side to me. They don't see beyond my image.

There were rumours that you got married in a low profile ceremony.

Well, you should know how the media works! The media has decided so many things about my personal life. Sometimes I come to know of my marriage and affairs through newspapers and news channels. So I don't if I am married. You tell me!

You recently said in an interview that you haven't got your desired roles. What kind of roles do you desire?

I want to do something that is not me. If I see myself onscreen and find a little bit of me in the character then I would know that I am not a good actor. I want to do roles that are poles apart from my self. I wouldn't mind doing the role of a 90 year old, or a playing a kid or anything for which I would need to undergo a lot of hard work. I am just keeping my fingers crossed.
