Saifeena to marry this October, confirms Sharmila Tagore

That Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor had marriage in their minds was all too obvious with the way the two of them were completing their commitments and shying from taking up new ones. But, now there has been an official announcement from Saif's mother Sharmila Tagore that the two will tie the knots in October this year.
Sharmila Tagore revealed that she would be visiting Bhopal to sort out the details of the wedding. She further added that the wedding will take place either in Pataudi or Mumbai, though it would be a quiet one due to the death of Nawab Pataudi last year. She has also warned Saif that he should postpone the idea of renovating the Pataudi house till the wedding takes place.
"I am giving a warning to Saif. I am confirming that the wedding will take place on October 16," Sharmila Tagore is quoted as saying.
It has been further revealed that October 16 has been scheduled for the registered marriage but nikah will take place later. Gossip columns have it that Kareena Kapoor would be wearing Sharmila's wedding attire but lot of changes are to be made to the Sharmila's wedding royal dress and jewellery.

Katrina Kaif celebrates her birthday secretly with ex-beau Salman Khan

Katrina Kaif tried hard enough to convince the media that she had no plans or celebration for her birthday this year, but somehow the gossip columns managed to get the details of her secret bash with ex-boyfriend Salman Khan.
Apparently, Salman had planned a special party for her at his Bandra residence where only a few close friends were invited. And when Katrina left her house on the night before her birthday, she first posed for the photographers outside her residence and then politely requested them not to follow her.
She then went to Salman Khan's house in Bandra where apparently a quiet birthday bash was planned for her which was a very private affair with only a few close family members and friends from industry. Katrina Kaif made sure that nobody took notice of her while entering the house.
However, Katrina had earlier emphasised that she had no birthday plans and would be busy dubbing for her upcoming thriller at Yash Chopra's studio all day long.

Bollywood grieves at the loss of veteran actor Rajesh Khanna

Bollywood was yet to overcome the grief over the loss of Dara Singh, when yet another superstar left Bollywood this Wednesday. Fighting with prolonged illness, Rajesh Khanna, 69, met with death and left for his heavenly abode.
His son-in-law Akshay Kumar said, "I regret to inform everybody my father-in-law Mr. Rajesh Khanna is no more. He has gone to a nice and heavenly place, we are happy about that. I hope everybody who is watching this can just say a small little prayer for him." Akshay told reporters here.
Kaka, as he was popularly known, has an array of superhits to his credit including the likes of "Safar", "Kati Patang", "Sachaa Jhutha", "Aan Milo Sajna", "Anand", "Amar Prem", "Mere Jeevan Saathi", "Aradhana", "Do Raaste", "Bawarchi" and "Namak Haram".
