Porn star short-listed to work with Charlie Sheen Posted: 31 Mar 2011 07:31 AM PDT London, March 31 - Adult actress Isis Taylor is on the shortlist to win a work placement with Charlie Sheen. The former 'Two and a Half Men' star has advertised an eight-week internship for a fan to help manage and promote his Twitter.com blog this summer. And Taylor has a distinct advantage over the rest of the applicants - she has a porn movie past, similar to Sheen's live-in girlfriend Bree Olson, who he has dubbed one of his "goddesses". "Made to the second round #winning!... People asking if I'm ready to be Charlie Sheen intern... Hell yeah I am!" The Daily Express quoted the porn star as writing in a post on her Twitter.com blog. Big B wishes Team India all the best for final Posted: 31 Mar 2011 07:30 AM PDT New Delhi, March 31 - Megastar Amitabh Bachchan has congratulated Team India on its winning the World Cup semifinal against Pakistan and wished them luck for Saturday's final against Sri Lanka in Mumbai. 'INDIA beats Pakistan in the World Cup and goes to the finals! What a day and what a culmination of events! At last India breathes normally. Well played India. Each player contributed tonight in its final victory. And well played Pakistan for a closely fought competition. This was the big one!' he wrote on his blog big.bigadda.com. 'For most Indians, and I am sure for our neighbours too, this was in many respects the final. It always is when our two countries play. Congratulations then to (M.S.) Dhoni's team and wishing you the very best for the April 2 (final) at the Wankhede Stadium,' he added. The India-Pakistan showdown Mohali Wednesday was witnessed by quite a few Bollywood celebrities like Aamir Khan, Kiran Rao, Preity Zinta and Vivek Oberoi. The 68-year-old Bachchan, however, missed the action as he was busy shooting for his film 'Bbuddah', but was delighted to see how the people celebrated the win. 'I shot through the entire game for 'BBUDDAH' and yelps and screams of delight as each Pakistani wicket falls greets us at regular intervals, along with a burst of fire-crackers! The streets were empty throughout the day. Not a soul on the road. And now as the game ends in our favor it is madness outside,' he posted. 'Cheering and screaming fans on mobikes, cars whatever mode of travel, the Indian tricolour waving in their excited hands, horns blowing - the entire city has come alive!! What an atmosphere! Hadn't seen this in a long time!!' IANS |
