 Bollywood sexy Kareena Kapoor has followed a bold approach when it comes to her films. Be it kissing, getting intimate onscreen or wearing a bikini she has done it all with ease.

But recent reports suggest that she has refused to lock lips with serial kisser of B-town Emraan Hashmi in their upcoming film Badtameez Dil.

The film, produced by Ekta Kapoor's Balaji Motion Pictures and Karan Johar's Dharma Productions, is slated go on the floors this September.

We all know, Emraan and his famous kissing sequences walk hand in hand and he was reportedly keen that his new film includes an intimate kissing scene.
But his request was denied by the producer Ekta Kapoor as Bebo had reservations kissing onscreen.


Though Kareena has kissed Shahid Kapoor in the past and has also got intimate with Ajay Devgn for their film Satyagraha, she reportedly told the producers that she will not kiss on screen.

Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone Chennai Express, which was released in 700+ screens in foreign countries, has taken the overseas Box Office by the storm. The Shahrukh Khan and Deepika Padukone starrer has surpassed Rs 50 crore mark in the international market in the first weekend. Smashing all previous historical records, the romantic comedy entertainer has set a new benchmark in all the foreign markets.
 

Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone starrer Chennai Express has been one of the most keenly awaited films of this year 2013. Chennai Express train released last Friday on a grand scale in India and overseas. As predicted by most trade gurus, the Chennai Express broke most of the previously held records by other biggies as of now. In this feature, we take a look at some of the records that the SRK Chennai Express has broken in India as well as overseas in its 5 day run and weekend night previews.
In India, Chennai Express collected Rs 6.75 core in paid previews, overtaking the record held by 3 Idiots, which had collected Rs 2.7 core. On the other hand, in United kingdom , it collected £ 142,220 in Thursday night previews, setting a new record yet again. It crossed the preview figures of My Name Is Khan, Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna, 3 Idiots and Ek Tha Tiger.
Coming to the opening day, Chennai Express collected Rs. 33.12 core in India. With this, the movie broke the previous held historical highest record by Ek Tha Tiger, which had opened at Rs. 32.93 core. Obviously, the SRK Chennai Express broke Shah Rukh Khan's own earlier highest record, held by Ra.One at Rs.18.5 cores. As of now, this move holds the record of highest day 1 collections ever by a Bollywood movie.

Chennai Express collected Rs. 28.15 cr on the second day. It, therefore also has the highest day 2 collections ever for a Bollywood movie in India box office.
If we look at the biggest openers of 2013, again the movie shoots way higher than any other release of 2013 with the Opening Day collection of Rs. 33.12 cr followed by Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani which opened with Rs. 19.45 cr.
On the other hand, the Shah Rukh Khan starrer is on a record-smashing spree in United kingdom as well. The SRK Chennai Express collected £ 258,598 on Friday, making it the highest opening day for a Hindi movie in United Kingdo.

The answer to that is a NO. Poonam Pandey has made it clear that she's going to tone down on her strip acts in the future. So, she will don a saree in the film.

"I will be draping the saree in a completely new style. It would be as innovative as Saira Banuji's look in that old film Shagird. And no more skin show for me," Poonam Pandey is quoted as saying.

Shahrukh Khan visited various cinema halls in Mumbai to celebrate the success of his film Chennai Express with his fans, on Sunday evening.

Shahrukh Khan told the reporters: "I am really thankful to all my fans! More than anything else, Rohit has made the film with a lot of hard work, even Deepika Padukone worked really hard; we have been working on the film since around one year and it's really nice to see my fans happy. That's my main thing."

   

Shahrukh Khan Chennai Express' creates Box office history, mints Rs. 100 crore in opening weekend

Yes, you read it right. Shahrukh Khan and Deepika Padukone's movie Chennai Express has shattered all previous box office records and CREATED HISTORY by minting Rs. 100 crore in its opening weekend.


The trade pundits are busy writing a new tally of box office records, thanks to director Rohit Shetty's roaring Eid hit, Chennai Express that has shattered five records in four days. Five in four! How?

Here's how. On Thursday evening the film smashed the record of highest collection from paid previews (Rs. 6.75 crore net). On Friday, the Eid holiday, the film registered the highest opening day collection (Rs. 33.12 crore net, thereby breaking the Ek Tha Tiger record). The record breaking spree continued on Saturday and Sunday with the highest second and third day collections ever for a Bollywood film with figures of Rs. 28.05 crore net and Rs. 32.50 crore net, respectively.
